Processing Times
Orders are shipped once the funds clear our bank. 

Delivery times are dependent on your location. If you require a constant supply of your favorite tobacco products, we recommend ordering ahead of time.

Cigars and pipe tobacco are ordered fresh from suppliers and may require an extra day or two before shipping.  Our Zippo lighters are also special ordered to maximize your warranty and may require an extra day or two before shipping.

Tracking Numbers
When an order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent. After the order has been packaged and shipped, your order confirmation email will update with the UPS tracking number and delivery details.

If you do not see a confirmation email after placing an order, check your spam/junk mail folder, check any other email addresses, then add our email address (info@qwaaq.com) to your contact list. This will ensure receipt of your package's order updates. If the shipping address entered at time of checkout is incorrect and undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
